The Fox Valley Folk Music & Storytelling Festival will be held at the beautiful 13 acre Island Park, located in downtown Geneva, IL, about 40 miles West of downtown Chicago. Eight stage areas present concerts, hands-on workshops, topical song and story workshops, dance, vocal and instrument classes and special things for the kids.
Once again, there will be tents and covered areas in case of rain, plus dozens of craft and record vendors, activities for the children, workshops and picking circles throughout the site.

Our Festival raffle will feature a Top line guitar, provided by our good friends at Tobias Music in Downers Grove, IL. . The raffle will also feature other prizes like boxed folk music CD sets and books.

The Fox Valley Folk Music & Storytelling Festival is held each year at beautiful Island Park, a 13 acre island in the Fox River located in downtown Geneva, IL, (about 45 miles West of downtown Chicago). The main parking area for the Festival is at the Kane County Government Center is at 719 S. Batavia Avenue, (IL Rt. 31), in Geneva. The METRA Union Pacific West Line Railway station is also located three blocks west of the festival's main entrance.
