The Fox Valley Folk Music & Storytelling Festival is held every Labor Day Weekend in Island Park, a beautiful 13 acre island in the Fox River located in downtown Geneva, IL (about 45 miles West of downtown Chicago).

The main parking area for the Festival is at the Kane County Government Center is at 719 S. Batavia Avenue, (IL Rt. 31), in Geneva. The Chicago & Northwestern METRA Railway station is also located three blocks west of the festival's entrance and several hundred rail commuter parking spaces are also available since it is a Holiday weekend.

If rail travel would be of interest to you, visit the METRA web site. for train schedules for Chicago to Geneva and returning. The Festival is a pleasant three block walk east of the Metra station that is located on Geneva's historic Third Street shopping and antique district.
